All Shedworx products are now fully tested and supported under OSX 10.7 Lion.

Here's what we fixed.

Cosmos
CloudSync fixed.
Window resizing working again.
Other minor layout fixes.
mkvWatch
User interface updated to be Lion compliant. This was actually a problem related to Safari 5.1. mkvWatch is a WebKit app which means its user interface is done in HTML. Some parts of the UI did not work under Safari 5.1.
Changed audio defaults to convert AC3 audio to AAC by default. This will avoid a few problems with trying to watch AppleTV formatted movies on your Mac.
Jaksta
Fixed minor layout problem on the disk image installer.

mkvWatch conversions won't play in iTunes. Please help!

I just downloaded your app and I have run into trouble. I successfully converted an .mkv file, but when I try to play the m4v file in iTunes, I just see a black screen and no audio. What am doing wrong? I tested the .mkv file first in VLC Player and Boxee and they play great. I chose this app to play these in Apple TV. Please help!

Mkv problem

I think we will need to look at the mkv video to work this out. Could you please send us a link to the video file if you can to support@shedworx.com and we will have look.

convertor

I downloaded the app smart convertor pro in order to convert h264 files to avi. The convertor will not allow me to drag and drop the file into the pro window. I cannot work out what to do Could you help me please? Thankyou. jane.

File types

Hi Jane - what is the extension on the file? Smart Converter only takes certain file types, which is probably why you can't drop that particular file in.
What are you trying to playback your converted file on.

We made a decision with Smart Converter to not make users decide on the file type to convert to, but just tell the app what they needed to playback on. Many people don't know the filetypes that a device can play (we have to research and test all this ourselves also) so we take care of that for you.

help please

mkvWatch

The mkvWatch update was submitted to Apple on Friday so should be approved any day now. It's better to stick with you App Store version so that you keep getting the updates from the App Store in the future.
