I purchased the full version of your software after the demo appeared to be working. I have a JVC everio cam which is all SDHC card based, and a 1st gen intel macbook with 2 gb of ram. With the full version installed, it won't work. Most of my attempts went all the way through and then froze at 100% saying 5 seconds remaining. I let it finish over night, and it appeared to work, but it will only play the first 30 seconds or so of video, then the video freezes, the audio plays out the entire clip as if its working properly. I tried 24p mode- failed. tried 540p output- failed. now anything I do it just says preparing, and then it fails.... I am extremly frustrated. I used to be very successful with an old canon tape cam and pinnacle on an old PC, but I am completely stuck and cannot get anything done with my HD camera. I really hope you have a solution for me. If not, is it possible to get a refund?
