Hi, I need some major help! I'm trying to use Voltaic to convert some mpg files that were shot on a Canon Vixia HF20. I need mov files to edit in FCE. The message I get is "The video file has a non standard resolution. Please use advanced export settings in Preferences to select an appropriate Quicktime format." I can play the videos using VLC so I know that they are ok.

I just got the program a few weeks ago so I have the most up to date version.
