How log till we get our activation codes?

We purchased the VoltaicHD, HD Quick Look, RevolverHD bundle yesterday (Friday 19th March) but as yet not received any activation codes.

We've raised a support ticket asking the same question and had no response.
Is there anyone there??
Appreciate some idea of how long we are expected to wait before we can use these products fully, now that we have paid for them.
