I just updated to 2.5 and not only does it keep telling me to update, but when I try to convert videos, the percentage gets to 100 and keeps going forever. I'm at 592% right now! Anybody know how to fix this?

Hi there,

we've found the problem with the 2.5 update so we should have that fixed today.

For a problem relating to a single file, please send in the VoltaicHD.log (just use spotlight to find it) and even the file in question (maybe using Yousendit or similar).

Has there been a resolution to this problem???

I have been having the same issue and there seems to be no solution on any forum.

Need to convert the avchd files to a file format that can be used on FCP 6.06 (probably quciktime) on a power PC g5. (Dual 1.8 ghz 3gb ddr SDRAM. I hit convert and VoltaicHD doesn't stop at 100%, it just keeps sinning until I quit out of the program. It also keeps saying 5 seconds remaining... But thats not true.

I hope someone has an answer to this?
