I sent this message to you earlier but got no reply.
I'm hoping to get some resopnse here. :)

I tried to send the failed conversion file to you via ShedWorx's FTP server, but
when clicked, the hyperlink "download.shedworx.com" gives me this message:

Hi Jim!

FTP uploads require you to use an FTP client to connect - a good free one is Filezilla, if you don't have one already.
