I have now tried to use the program i just payed for to convert a .MTS file to window media format. What happens every time is that a 2 min 30 sec original file, get to 100 % complition. BUT when i play the file it only contains the first 30 sec.....

I use standard wmf settings in voltaic, the only thing i have changed is to downsample the image size.

Until now the program has been a struggle, a tool like this needs to just work, no nonsense just work. I cannot recommend this product to anyone in the current version, and if I dont get a fix for that conversion issue, I will demand a refund.

Hi Jakob,

You probably need to upgrade Flip4Mac to Flip4Mac Studio or better to export to WMV properly.

The list of file formats that VoltaicHD can convert to depends on which Quicktime plugins you have installed. VoltaicHD uses the Flip4Mac plugin to export to WMV. But the free and cheapest levels of Flip4Mac will only export the first 30 seconds.

As far as I know, WMV is the only format with this restriction.
