hi,
i just started using the eos 500d in a dual system. i have shot some footages and is about to give pluraleyes a trial. then i read about all these 99.9% audio syncing issue with 30fps source files. here's what i have done so far before requesting a pluraleyes trial. i have used voltaichd to batch convert my source clips to prores 422 lt. i use quicktime to view the source and the converted files. quicktime says the source files have 30fps (which is what i have expected) and that the converted files have 29.97 fps despite i chose current fps in the quicktime options of voltaichd's preferences. i just wanna know what are the consequences of the change in fps.
regards,

Canon EOS 500D video
Hi Roderick,
what format is the original video? I assume its a Quicktime/H.264 movie, since Quicktime can open it?
Maybe send us a sample and we will verify the fps.
