First off, it has been a few months since I last tested this product and it has really come a long way. It will be my default software for importing files from my canon hf11 from now on. It works really well using VLC to preview the files.

For me the only thing lacking is a way of getting my videos into Adobe Premiere CS4. I notice a "Send to editor" feature but it doenst do anything for me, and I read somewhere on this site that it converts avchd files which is not what I want.

Is there, or could there be a way to "Collect files" to a specified location? Ideally I would want it to copy rather than move the files, but the option to do either might be convenient.

Hi there,

Thanks for the feedback :) We could easily add a preference setting to the Editor area which says something like 'Convert files'. This would be on by default, but in your case you could de-select it and it would just copy all the contents of the Event or Project as-is.

We would not be keen to do a Move as this implies deleting the source Event from FlamingoHD which doesn't fit with our general workflow ideas.

Let us know if this sounds workable.
